She had close contact with his father who had PTB Category I and uncle wirh Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis Category IIA and subsequently developed Primary Pulmonary Tuberculosis infection. She was treated with tripleanti-koch's medications for ten months. Upon physical examination, she was severely underweight, with stable vital signs. Her abdomen was distended, firm with tender right upper quadrant and with a positive fluid wave. Internal examination revealed a firm cervix, unenlarged uterus, and no adnexal mass nor tenderness. Ascites secondary to a gynecological pahtology versus a primary carcinomatosis was considered. Serum makers were measured such as CA 125 which was 13.3x elevated and Alpha-Fetoprotein which was normal ER -
