ABSTRACT: This is a case study of a 44-year-old male presenting with loss of consciousness. Physical examination was unremarkable. On further work-up, he was found to be profoundly hypoglycemic with capillary blood glucose of 29 mg/dL. Several other laboratory tests were done including serum insulin, and C peptide which all revealed high levels. On whole abdominal CT scan with contrast, a hyperenhancing pancreatic body nodule was seen and a primary neuroendocrine tumor was then considered.
