ABSTRACT: Graduates employability reflects the Higher Education Institution,s program effectiveness. It is every institution's obligation to ensure that each of it's graduates were able to practice what they learned for, or perhaps, presents itself well in a field that would reflect the institution's vision of its graduates. Hence, a tracer study is a powerful tool that would determine the factors associated with employability of the Graduates of Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation - School of Nursing from Batch 2007-2013. The study used a descriptive method. Data gathered through a questionnaire from 474 respondents were statistically treated using frequency, proportions, percentage and mean. Most respondents were female, an average of 64.1% self-academic rating is good, majority of the respondents graduated from year 2010 with a total percentage of twenty-six point two percent (26.2%), for the employment status among the graduates: sixty-three point five percent (63.5%) of the respondents' are employed while twenty-one point five percent (21.5%) are unemployed. Fifteen percent (15%) of the respondents are employed.
