ABSTRACT: This quantitative study was conducted to determine the correlation between the incidence of dengue cases and rainfall frequency from the years 2013 to 2017. Document analysis method in gathering primary data was employed for this study. Incidence of dengue cases were obtained from FEU-NRMF hospital records while the amount of rainfall from the years 2013-2017 was obtained from meteorological databases. The study utilized the descriptive-correlation method. The results of the study revealed that most of the patients admitted in Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Hospital from the years 2013-2017 are patients in their early adulthood stage (ages 20-40). it was also found out that there are 33 cases in the average annually for dengue fever and 164 cases for dengue hemorrhagic fever. according to the rainfall data utilized, the months which exhibited the highest amount of rainfall frequency were June, July and September of the years considered. Furthermore, it was Found out that incidence of dengue cases and the monthly rainfall frequency is positively correlated. An infographic material which addresses the risk of dengue and the necessary measures to be considered during rainfall season was developed to add up to educational and campaign material against dengue.
