Abstract: Adrenocortical carcinomas has a worldwide incidence of two out of a million. Majority of about 50% of cases present with a non-functioning adrenal, while the remaining secrete cortisol, androgens, estrogens, aldosterone or multiple hormones at about 20%, 20%, 10%, 2%,and 35%of the cases, respectively. In cases od adrenal tumors with a functional adrenal, patient present with a rapid onset of Cushing syndrome with virilizing features. However in this case, we are presented with a 39 year old male presenting with a left adrenal mass, hypokalemia and hypertension- suggestive of Conn's disease or hyperaldosteronism.
