N2  - Abstract: Duodenal obstruction is one of the most common congenital anomalies seen in neonates. Although Diagnosis can be made during the prenatal period, the cause of the duodenal obstruction is usually identified after birth. Causes of duodenal obstruction may be intrinsic, pertaining to One of the most common, although rare in general, extrinsic causes of duodenal obstruction is an annular pancreas. This is a case of a newborn male born seen to have duodenal obstruction on prenatal ultrasound. Patient then presented with bilious vomiting and jaundice at birth. Diagnostic laparotomy then revealed an annular pancreas
