This case has an additional B, for Breast Mass, as the presentation of Multiple Myeloma. Only 20 cases have been reported to have breast involvement in Multiple Myeloma (Antunes, 2013). For this paper, it aims to present the case of a 61 year old female whose chief complaint was right breast enlargement and was then added with the burden of severe back pain. After a series of different imaging and work-up patient is diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. The rarity of this type of presentation plus the overlap in the radiological and clinical features between primary breast diseases and breast presentation in multiple myeloma, exhibit complexity of the case. This paper also aims to discuss the diagnostic approaches and management in patients with the said presentation ER -
