Prompt recognition and early diagnosis with its corresponding treatment can greatly reduce and prevent adverse outcomes of chronic, untreated disease. This paper aims to discuss and highlight primary hyperparathyroidism in a 51-year-old female who presented with persistent vomiting and epigastric pain for three months. Patient was repeatedly diagnosed and managed as a case of Acid Peptic Disease. On further work up, showed hypercalcemia and parathyroid adenoma. Hence, primary hyperparathyroidism was considered ER -
