Countries implemented lockdowns to lessen the chances of anyone contacting and spreading the virus. Despite the urgent action of everyone to avoid getting them sick and prioritizing the strengthening of their physical health, many of us forgot that the pandemic does affect us not only physically, but also psychologically. This study aimed to determine the effects in terms of psychological health brought about by the lock downs during the COVID-19 Pandemic towards millennials. A cross-sectional study was conducted using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) as an instrument to assess the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. With google forms, an online survey was distributed to different Facebook groups around Quezon City and was accomplished by 253 respondents. Results showed that in order to provide awareness, mental health services, and preventive measures when a pandemic situation will occur again in the future, the mental health of every Filipino, especially millennials, should be carefully and thoroughly monitored.
