The researchers sought to find the differences in HIV testing before and during the pandemic in HIV facilities inside the Philippines and the changes that occurred in their screening services. Additionally, this study also sought to find strategies to combat difficulties in HIV testing. Several literatures showed a consistent decrease in the HIV diagnosis and testing due to several barriers like lack of accessibility financial, difficulties and threat to confidentiality. To fight these challenges both government and non-government organizations created new ways to deliver HIV-related services, social media was also used as platform to promote HIV screening. Thorough review of articles showed that response for HIV was mostly community-led, this review can be used to further map programs and policies for the government to develop better responses for HIV services during and post-pandemic ER -
