A descriptive design was conducted on 100 Filipino adults (18-65 years old) currently residing in Quezon City, selected using a non-random purposive sampling technique. Participants were recruited through both formal and informal correspondence. A questionnaire was utilized and data collected includes respondent's characteristics, and knowledge, attitude and practices on breast and cervical health. Majority of the participants were knowledgeable on the common procedures regarding the breast and their perception of its benefits. Adult Filipino women are mostly knowledgeable and have a good attitude towards women's health but mostly do not practice self-care in regards to both cervical and breast health. Half of the participants whose ages require getting screened through mammogram and pap smear have never done so. ER -
