N2  - Abstract:  The study was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of patients receiving physical therapy intervention at Far Eastern University Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Unit. This determination is inclusive of multiple factors that may have otherwise influenced the level of satisfaction for patients receiving physical therapy treatments in the outpatient department including age, sex, and diagnosis. Participants were selected by means of simple randomized sampling. A cross-sectional validated questionnaire adapted from a study conducted by Dominique Monnin and Thomas V. Pernegeren titled, "Scale to Measure Patient Satisfaction with Physical Therapy" was provided to the participants measuring outpatient satisfaction receiving the physical therapy treatment. Overall, 61 patients out of 138 currently active outpatients as of April 16, 2017 participated in the study. The results show that the average outpatient satisfaction obtained a high score of 4.31 out of 5. An average outpatient satisfaction score per age group from ages 18 years old to 65 years old and above presented, sub-group 18-25 (N=4) acquired 4.50, ages 25-40 (N=5) got 4.29, cluster with ages 41-65 who has the highest total number has a score of 4.33. Lastly, ages above 65 (N=9) with score of 4.19. Satisfaction score by sex. For female (N=39) has a score of 4.23 on the other hand, for male (N=21) is higher by 0.2 with score of 4.44. The table grouped according to their diagnosis either musculoskeletal or neurological, there is 0.1 difference (musculoskeletal = 4.39, Neurological = 4.38). The satisfaction scores across groups do not have significant statistical difference, all of which showed that outpatients are satisfied  with the physical therapy treatment given to them.
