Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused vast mental health impact for a large proportion of the population. Cancer patients are prone to develop psychological concerns. We look into the psychological impact of pandemic among breast and colon cancer patients. In this single center cross sectional study, a total of 150 colon and breast cancer patients were surveyed using a validated self-administered questionnaire. The study showed that COVID-19 pandemic affects the psychological aspect of patients with cancer, regardless of cancer type and treatment received. The study was conducted in a single-center study. Thus, limiting the sample size and participants in which data obtained cannot be used for generalization among study populations. The study used as self-administered questionnaire in which recall bias cannot be ascertained. Thus, it is recommended to conduct a multi-center study with large sample size that could be used for the data generalization.
