Presently, there is a low representation of mentorship research in physical therapy. This study aims to ascertain the perceptions of the physical therapy student mentees on a mentoring program at Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF). The researchers utilized descriptive statistics to determine the perceptions of the FEU-NRMF School of Physical Therapy (SPT) student mentees on the mentoring program and to collect quantifiable data for statistical analysis. The sample size was calculated using Slovin's formula, and purposive sampling was used to select participants in which 31 physical therapy student mentees (20 males, 11 females) were included and participated. The participants were asked to answer an adopted questionnaire using a 7-point Likert scale through google forms. According to the data obtained through the survey questionnaire, the researchers concluded that the student mentees of FEU-NRMF, SPT agree that the mentoring program has helped them in five domains, specifically in communication, emotional support, self-efficacy, psychosocial and academic performance aspects based on their perceptions.
