They have been underutilized as independent healthcare providers due to a false perception of their profession and work ethic. Nursing is perceived as a healthcare: profession dedicated to caring for individuals but other skill sets and leadership abilities are not well understood. Nurses have been forecasted as caring and dependable, as this 'a study investigates the perception of other healthcare workers it will have a compelling impact on the nurses' self-satisfaction in their clinical practice, as well as collaboration r- within the healthcare team. This quantitative study gathered 115 healthcare workers that are currently working at FEU-NRMF Medical Center. The number of respondents per department are composed of 43 doctors, 7 dieticians, 11 pharmacists, 21 medical technologists, 11 respiratory therapists, 11 physical therapists, and 11 radiologic therapists. The healthcare workers were asked to answer a questionnaire created by Huey-Ming Tzen (2014). Preliminary questions and demographics were presented before moving on to the questions about health workers' perceptions of nurses' brand image. ER -
