ABSTRACT: Evidence-Based Practice is essential for future nurses, nurses, and the nursing profession, as these standardized nursing practices improve the quality of healthcare. Nursing students must have strong knowledge and skills in evidence-based practice. The knowledge they acquired is dependent on their teachers. Hence, the study aimed to assess the factors in the utilization of evidence-based practice in nursing education coursework as perceived by the nursing faculty and nursing students of the Far Eastern University - Dr Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, School of Nursing. This study utilized a cross-sectional and analytic research design to determine the relationship between the nursing faculty members' and nursing students' utilization of evidence-based practice in the Nursing Education Coursework. A modified, pretested, and validated questionnaire was used to obtain data online. Simple random and purposive sampling were employed to select nursing faculty and student respondents. Percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson r correlation were utilized to treat the data. The results of the study showed very high organizational factors and knowledge, high attitude, but moderate practice in the utilization of evidence-based practice of nursing faculty members. The nursing students' perception showed a very high attitude and high knowledge and practice.
