Nursing students must have strong knowledge and skills in evidence-based practice. The knowledge they acquired is dependent on their teachers. Hence, the study aimed to assess the factors in the utilization of evidence-based practice in nursing education coursework as perceived by the nursing faculty and nursing students of the Far Eastern University - Dr Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, School of Nursing. This study utilized a cross-sectional and analytic research design to determine the relationship between the nursing faculty members' and nursing students' utilization of evidence-based practice in the Nursing Education Coursework. A modified, pretested, and validated questionnaire was used to obtain data online. Simple random and purposive sampling were employed to select nursing faculty and student respondents. Percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson r correlation were utilized to treat the data. The results of the study showed very high organizational factors and knowledge, high attitude, but moderate practice in the utilization of evidence-based practice of nursing faculty members. The nursing students' perception showed a very high attitude and high knowledge and practice. ER -
