These antibodies unintentionally target phospholipids, vital elements of cell membranes. An increased risk of thrombosis and other problems might result from this syndrome. For this paper, it aims to present a 25-year-old female who presented with seizure and to discuss the approach and management in patients with SLE with antiphospholipid syndrome. OBJECTIVES: 1.
