ABSTRACT: This is a case of a 28-year-old female who underwent an Emergency Cesarean Section due to arrest in Cervical Dilatation under regional anesthesia. Planned anesthesia was a combined spinal and epidural techniques. The epidural catheter was place without any complications, however, spinal anesthesia failed despite the multiple attempts.
