Schizeneephaly is a rare neurological disease that involves the cerebral mantle and consist of abnormal cleft that extends in the cerebral hemishphere from the lateral ventricle to cerebral cortex. This is present at birth and early childhood. Here we present a 20 year old patient with schizencephal presenting with seizures.
