Coupled with other autoimmune diseases such as hyperthyroidism, poses a dilemma to the anesthesiologist. This case tackles a 51-year old female patient for laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Combined general and regional anesthesia was performed. Patient had an eventful recovery following a multi-disciplinary approach and proper knowledge of the said disease ER -
