It occurs in only 1% of all intracranila masses. A case of a 23-year old multigravid at 37 weeks age of gestation with a pre-exisitng arachnoid cyst that previously presented awith severe headache and dizziness via outlet forceps delivery under epidural anesthesia was presented.
