He later on developed squinting of the left eye with progression of the severity of headache. Cranial CT scan and MRI showed a 3.5 x 2.3 x 2.7 cms mass with suprasellar mas probably craniopharyngioma. Craniopharyngioma is a benign but geographically malignant tumor comprising 54% of suprasellar tumors in childhood. Surgical excision is still the main mode of management. The patient underwent ventriculo-peritoneal shunting for decompression and was still for surgical excision of the mass lesion ER -
