N2  - ABSTRACT: Thyroid carcinoma is the most common malignancy of the endocrine system. Classified according to histologic features, differential tumors such as papillary thyroid cancer and follicular thyroid cancer are associated with good prognosis and high cure rates when detected early, whereas, tumors with anaplastic features are often aggressive and are less responsive to treatment. Thyroid cancers are staged based on the TNM system, wherein tumor size, node involvement, and metastasisare put into consideration.                                                                                                                   This is a case of a 66 year old female, married, unemployed, Filipino, Roman Catholic, with a history of chronic low back pain, associated difficulty in ambulation. She has no known history of thyroiddisease. Patient did not have an enlarged thyroid gland and denies symptoms such as palpitation.tremors, heat intolerance, nor changes in bladder and bowel habits
