N2  - Abstract: Out of 402 Second year Nursing students of Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 200 of them were given questionnaires regarding the factors that motivate them in finishing their course. The objective was to determine which of the identified motivational factor strongly motivate them, We based our study on Maslow`s Theory of Motivation.
