ABSTRACT: The study focuses on the perceptions of families in making bioethical decision with their critically ill patient. The researchers developed a 26-item questionnaire that also includes respondents` profile like age, gender, and scholastic status. The items are based on the profile of the respondents, the awareness of the family in terms of the severity of illness, Cost of health procedures to prolong life and the chances of the Critically-III patients after the procedure, the Emotional, Financial and Spiritual Dilemmas the respondents are facing, The Perception of Families in making Bioethical Decisions with Critically-III patients. The relationship between the Perception of families in making Bioethical decisions with Critically-III patients and the Bioethical Dilemmas they are facing.
