As nurses, they are required of a social personality, suitable in meeting and handling different personalities of clients. This research aims to help the students making them aware of the personality style they possess and its privileges and shortcomings associated to their chosen career. It can also help the professors and school administrators to increase the awareness of the different personality styles of their student that could lead to better teaching strategies. This can also be used for the awareness of the parents about their children`s personality in relation to their child`s success in the future. With the data gathered by the researchers, they concluded that most of the first year nursing students of FEU-NRMF have a social style of personality and that gender can be an important indicator to determine personality style. Based on the conclusions that the researchers made, one must consider the factors, which may affect their career achievements and personal competency, they must be able yo identify their skills, attributes and other goals ER -
