This study aims to measure the proportion of the population of medical students of FEU-NRMF who are engaged in physical fitness and their willingness to participate in quick daily exercise activity. The sample population was determined by simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed to 423 medical students and the percentage of population who engage in physical exercise, what form of exercise they do, duration of the activity, frequency of activity, reasons for not participating in any activity and if they would engage themselves in such exercise if they knew quick daily exercises and that can be incorporated in their daily activities were determined . Results revealed that 28% of the FEU-NRMF medical students were engaged in regular physical activities. Sports activities were the most common form of physical activity done by the subjects and many of the respondents perform physical activities for 20-30 minutes and mostly weekly. On the other hand, seventy two percent of the population was not engaged in regular physical activities. Having "no time" was the major reason for not engaging in regular exercises and 90.2% of them were willing to perform quick daily exercises ER -
