Abstract: "Oplan Pagbubuklod II" which is a campaign against drug abuse is tasked with the formation of a core group in Phase II, area 1, Dagat-dagatan and the maintenance of the core group formed in Phase II, area 3. The group was formed with the election of It`s officers on February 20, 1994. A seminar about drug abuse was conducted with pretested 20-item questionnaires administered before and after the seminar to the youth leaders. Statistical analysis showed more youth leaders got correct answers in the post-seminar evaluation as compared to the pre-seminar. Pre and post evaluations were also administered in the communication skills seminar which also showed more youth leaders answering correctly. Return demonstration was started with only five youth leaders participating. They were evaluated using an evaluation sheet for lecturers thus conclusions cannot be drawn up.
