The site of blood extraction were the rabbits` ears, one milliliter of blood was extracted from each rabbit and brought to the laboratory for cholesterol level examination. After a week, two tablets of Neomycin (Metamucil) 500 mg, 2 tablets were crushed in their powdered form and diluted with an appropriate amount of distilled water as well as 0.9 % Normal Saline Solution. Computed doses of diluted Neomycin were administered intraperitoneally to ten randomly selected Japanese white rabbits. After thirty minutes, one mililiter of blood was extracted from the rabbits` ear and the blood was brought to the laboratory for blood choloesterol level examination. After a week, the properly extract and diluted Ginger extract was injected intraperitoneally to ten randomly selected rabbits. After thirty minutes, blood extraction was again done on the ten rabbits and the extracted blood was brought to the laboratory for cholestrol level examination. ER -
