These workplace stressors include workload, work environment, work relationship, and job dissatisfaction Stratified random sampling will be utilized and will be administered via questionnaire. The regular employees from different workplace branches in FEU-NRMF Institute of Medicine will be used as the study participants. The number of their absences due to sickness will be determined, and its relationship with the workplace stressors mentioned above will be analyzed. This relationship-test with a level of significance set at a=0,05. The result of this study is expected to help modify the workplace stressors and k\lessen the incidence of sickness absenteeism among employees thus improving their work efficiency. This will also contribute in developing a better approach on health promotion in occupational medicine. ER -
