RESEARCH: PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT OF THE FEU-NRMF MEDICAL STUDENT BODY; ACTION PROGRAM: IMAGE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FEU-NRMF MEDICAL STUDENT BODY - QUEZON CITY FEU-NRMF 2013 - 34 PAGES

ABSTRACT: The researchers did an assessment of the personality types of the Feu-Nrmf medical students. The questionnaire used is the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI) self-"guesstimate" Worksheet, a 4-item questionnaire, authored by Ms. Kristina lerardi which is based on the psychometric test originally developed by Katharine C. Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers. It was administered to 1,385 medical students from 1st year to 4th year. The statistical treatment used on the data is the mode. The results show that the most common personality type component among the FEU-NRMF medical students in the NT component which has occupational trends under science, technology and management. Out of 1,385 respondents under health care and teaching/education, only ranked 3rd with only 304 respondents possessing the said component. The personality type that predominates among the FEU-NRMF medical student body is the ISTJ or " The Duty Fulfiller" with 118 out of 1385 (8.52%) respondents possessing the said personality type.
