520 _aABSTRACT: Immune haemolytic anemia in children is relatively rare, with an estimated annual incidence of 1 in 80,000 persons in the general population. IHA can affect children of any race or nationality and can present in infancy, especially after an infection, and throughout childhood. Presented is a rare case of a patient who developed acute haemolytic crisis following a dengue-virus infection. Described in this report is a 4 year old female who was also screened to have G6PD deficiency at birth, however was not confirmed.
