520 _aABSTRACT: Generalized skin eruptions after radiation therapy are rare. Erythema multiforme (EM) may be due to immunological reaction. Target lesions that presents with an indurated erythematous area surrounding the pale pink zone and a central hyperpigmented area are the classic lesions. However, lesions may present as maculopapular, vesicular or bullous and are usually symmetrical and generalized. Well established caused of EM are infections, and drugs, although no causative agent is identified in some cases. This case of a 50 year old female is presented because of the rare occurrence of erythema-multiforme due to radiation therapy.
