520			_aAbstract: There are incidents of blood shortage in healthcare units in the Philippines which many rely on these services. The study considered first year medicine students to be a good donor pool given their proximity to hospitals and blood bank centers. In addition, these students have not yet taken up topics regarding blood donation. The study is considered two factors, knowledge and attitude, that may influence the student's willingness to donate blood. Data was gathered by questionnaires answered by the students regarding their knowledge, attitude willingness to donate, and will be analyzed with multiple logistics regression model. Findings in our study showed that there was no significant differences of knowledge affecting the willingness of a student to donate blood but rather there is a factor on their attitudes. The study concluded that individuals with a more positive attitude are more willing to donate blood. It is recommended to help the students have more positive attitude towards blood donation.
