With this, parents fear and worry for their childs' well being as future medical doctors. Their insights may be essential to develop their relationship and empathize with their child's undertaking of medical school. This study aims to establish the parents' perception on their child's health in relation to their online medical learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted. Respondents were the parents/guardians of medical students from first year to third year in the first semester of school year 2021 to 2022 at FEU-NRMF. Majority of the parents positively perceive their child's emotional, mental, and social health while negatively perceiving their child's physical health as not eating a well balanced diet, lacking daily physical activities, and having somatic signs and symptoms of disease. With regards to their emotional health, all parents perceive their child/ward are resilient, seek help, but do not express their feelings. However, parents who live separately from their child negatively perceive their emotional health. On mental health, all parents perceive their child insightful of their problems, has the ability to cope, and does not maintain productivity. Lastly, on social health, the parents perceive that their child maintains open communication with their friends, participates in study groups, and adapts to different social situations. Overall, the parents negatively perceived their child's physical health, while they positively perceived their child's emotional, mental and social health.
