While adapting to the new normal of the world, different coping mechanics have emerged in which spiritual practices and the concept of religion play a big role and give hope to Filipino individuals, as spiritual practices have been associated with increased spirituality and in turn increases an individual's mental health. This study aims to determine the significance of spiritual practices as a form of coping mechanism of nursing students during the pandemic. The researchers utilized a modified RCOPE scale and an online survey questionnaire distributed randomly to the nursing students with a sample size of 267 participants currently enrolled at FEU-NRMF. Results indicated that the spiritual practices of FEU-NRMF nursing students have a very weak correlation to coping mechanisms during the pandemic. These findings are useful in formulating strategies to promote programs enhancing the spirituality of the student body. | ||
