520			_aINTRODUCTION: Flabby abs is one of the many worries of most people today. Although they tired of having such, they don’t know what to do about them. They can’t abstain from consuming delicious foods with high calorie content. Neither can they go out to have some workout because their family and work demand time. These are the problems that producers have long been trying to address. Now, not only are there two but many electric gadgets and abdominal machine in the market. All have the same claim that abdominal exercise with these machines for only few minutes a day can strengthen the abdominals and trim down fats without significant dietary effort. Dieticians, however, contest this claim. They say that it is only through following a certain fat burning diet can a person loss those fats around the abdominals. It is in this light that this study materialized. It does not only seek to prove the effectiveness of 2 of these gadgets in strengthening and trimming of abdominals but also to compare the uses of these gadgets with the conventional way of strengthening are and trimming the abdominals.
