520 _aABSTRACT: This is a case study of a 45 year old female who presented with dizziness described as light headedness accompanied by easy fatigability. There was noted difficulty in maintaining sleep with associated numbness and weakness of upper extremities. There was refractory hypertension despite anti-hypertensive medication.
