520 | _aLymphoma has 14% incidence rate of metastasis to the bone. A case of a Gravida 3 Para 2 (2002) initially diagnosed with Potts disease at T7-T8 by clinical presentation and MRI at 32 weeks age of gestation is presented. Paraplegia which is a paralysis of the lower half of the body including both legs, paresthesia and persistent low back pain presented by our patient. Conservative management was administered and delivered by normal spontaneous delivery at 37 weeks age of gestation. Following delivery, biopsy of the lesion showed malignant lymphoma which causes the dilemma. The pathophysiology of lymphoma, clinical manifestation and diagnostic modalities between Potts disease and lymphoma are reviewed and the association of the disease with pregnancy as well as therapeutic options are discussed. | ||
