520 _aAbstract: To discuss a case of 17 year-old male who presented with pruritic maculopapular rashes on the face associated with fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and epistaxis. To present differential diagnoses in patients who had manifestations of fever and rashes. To discuss DRESS syndrome To discuss the possible culprit for the DRESS syndrome This is a case of a 17 year old male, with known history of seizure disorder who had sudden appearance of pruritic maculopapular rashes on the face associated with fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and epistaxis. Different ancillaries were done and treatment options were started. Initially the case was managed as a case of Dengue Fever Syndrome with Pneumonia and was than later managed as Seizure disorder, Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS). In this report, the history and clinical presentation of a 17 year old male with DRESS will be discussed and as well as the differential diagnoses and management. DRESS should be differentiated from other disease entities with the same presentation.
