The objective was to determine which of the identified motivational factor strongly motivate them, We based our study on Maslow`s Theory of Motivation. The primary purpose of this study is to look into the motivational determinants of second year nursing students in FEU-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation of School Year 2005-2006 in finishing their course.
