It occurs more among people who are in late adulthood, but may vary because of the changing health and life style nowadays. Members of the caring profession, especially nurses may also suffer from type 2 diabetes. They may experience hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia, and the signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes while working in the hospital. In this case, it may affect their job performance especially in handling and serving their clients. And as nurses, they are duty bound in fulfilling their responsibilities to their clients, as long as their health is in optimum level.
