520			_aABSTRACT: This study tried determined to determine the difference between the leadership and academic performance, based on the self-evaluation of the nursing student-officers of Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. Understanding the difference of the two factors based on the self - evaluation of the student - officers may give rise to ideas on how to further improve their leadership and academic capabilities. To be able to gather the necessary data, the researchers constructed a questionnaire for the conduction of a survey. The researchers surveyed the entire student - officers in Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, which is comprised of the following: Student Council, Nursing Committee Officers and Homeroom Officers.
