520 _aThis study entitled, Freferred Learning Environment of Nursing students Batch 2013 of Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation: For the Promotion of an Improved School Environment, attains to acquire the objectives to know student`s opinion and preferences regarding learning environment, to inform administrators for further development of the school and to determine ways to improve the present school environment. Hypothesis states that there is no relation between learning environment and the General Weighted Average of the Nursing students of Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and this will not affect and promote of the present school environment. From the population of 333 nursing students, 177 Nursing students were randomly selected as the research sample of resspondents. The methods that were used by the researchers for this are descriptive survey, and non-probability sampling. The type of data collection that researchers used was a surveyed questionnaire wherein they were asked about what environment they prefer for studying. It includes the factors affecting learning environment such as sound, lioght, temperature and the design of the room, and; factors affecting academic performances such as knowledge and skills. As a result of the study, most of the respondents preferred a clean, brightly lit, well ventillated enviroment that is conducive for their learning. The null hypothesis stated was proven that there is no relation between the knoeledge and skills to the General Weighted Average of the Nursing students.
