No randomization for this study was done. Each participant was taken with a basis from the inclusion criteria made. Through this comparative study, the understanding and difference of the Post-Isometric Relaxation (PIR) and Traditional Stretching will be established. This study will provide essential benefits to patients - application of effective treatment; to medical industry - conservation of resources in developing and advancing treatment; to health practitioners - use of an effective effort in treatment; and to researchers - a proper basis for further studies in treating hamstring muscle tightness.
