Summary: ABSTRACT: Student satisfaction refers to the degree to which student needs and expectations concerning educational programs and environmental factors are addressed. According to National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), it is one of optimal outcomes criteria for obtaining accreditation in educational institutions. Understanding student satisfaction with their student services department can be useful for institutions of higher education to help them identify their strengths and pinpoint areas that could be improved. It would be best to determine the quality on educational services by getting the assessment and evaluation of the students at the receiving end of these services. The study aims to know the student's level of satisfaction on the educational services provided by FEU-NRMF among the selected senior students as an input to better learning experience and quality educational services.
