REQUIREMENTS TO USE THE LIBRARY
  1. FEU-NRMF Community
    1. ID
      • This will serve as the borrower's library card
      • To be tapped upon entry at the entry gate
    2. Library account - KOHA / RemoteXs
      • Updated and activated

  2. Outside researchers
    1. A referral letter from the chief librarian of their school or a letter from their Human Resource Department.
    2. Valid IDs (school IDs for students and company IDS for others)
    3. Php 50.00 pesos for the library entrance fee; another Php 50.00 for computer section use.

LIBRARY ETIQUETTE
  1. Do not borrow or use someone else's ID.
  2. Follow the prescribed dress code.

  3. Do not write,mutilate, or deface books, equipment, and/or furniture in the library.
  4. Observe cleanliness at all times.
  5. Be mindful, Show courtesy towards others
    • observe silence at all times
    • push chairs back after use
    • tidy up any clutter left behind
    • put on silent mode all mobile devices
    • avoid listening to loud music in your earphones
    • avoid putting bags on chairs to reserve a seat
  6. Stricly no eating, drinking, and smoking inside the library
  7. The library is a learning space, avoid any public display of affection

SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATING PROPER BEHAVIOR OR DECORUM
  1. Failure to observe proper decorum:
    • 1st offense - verbal warning
    • 2nd offense - written warning by the Chief Librarian
    • 3rd offense - refer any misconduct either to the student's affair committee, their respective dean, or the VPAA'S office for deliberation for possible revocation of library privileges.
  2. Major offenses shall be punished upon recommendation of the Chief Librarian and Library Committee to the Student's Affair Committee, Dean of their respective prgram, and the VPAA after thorough investigation has been made.
  3. Violating the regulations of the Nicanor Reyes Jr. Medical Library shall not be excused on plea of ignorance.
  4. Corresponding punishments (as stated in the Student's Handbook) shall be applied.
  5. The Chief Librarian reserves the right to prescribe addtional regulations not included in the abovementioned for the purpose of maintaining peace and order in the library.
