Summary: Abstract: Inappropriate production of parathyroid hormone from one or many parathyroid gland presents with hypercalcemia. Prompt recognition and early diagnosis with its corresponding treatment can greatly reduce and prevent adverse outcomes of chronic, untreated disease. This paper aims to discuss and highlight primary hyperparathyroidism in a 51-year-old female who presented with persistent vomiting and epigastric pain for three months. Patient was repeatedly diagnosed and managed as a case of Acid Peptic Disease. On further work up, showed hypercalcemia and parathyroid adenoma. Hence, primary hyperparathyroidism was considered
