Summary: ABSTRACT: This is a case of a Gravida 4 Para 3 (0311) with Poor OB History, Incompetent cervix and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus-diet. She underwent cervical cerclage at 12 weeks age of gestation. Capillary blood glucose monitoring was normal all through out her pregnancy. Alternating tocolytic agents of Nifedipine and Isoxuprine HCI were given. Micronized progesterone was also given until the patient delivered at 34 weeks. She underwent Low segment cesarean section I. delivered to a preterm birth living girl, Apgar score of 7 and 8, Birthweight of 2,440 grams. Appropriate for gestational age, Early Ballards secore of 35 weeks.
